Richard Pearce is a Broker and part owner with Guidestar Realty Corporation, Brokerage. Richard is 43 years old, born in Bristol UK, married with 4 children. He holds a BSc from the University of Toronto in Biogeography. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Richard worked for seven years as a general contractor with Advanced 2000 Homes in Ottawa.
