Repossessed Properties Outside Ottawa.

I'd like to address the concerns of those wishing to buy repossessed property outside of the Ottawa area. Often I will get called and asked if I have any properties in Kingston, Toronto, or some area outside of Ottawa. The answer is no as I am a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board so I am limited to this area.
I can however, with your permission, pass along your information to a member of another real estate board who can help you find similar properties where they are and advise you how to purchase them. I do get a referral fee if you do find what you are looking for where you want to be. |
